Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please allow your package to arrive between five to ten business days. After it has been received at our Fulfillment Center, please allow an extra five to seven business days for the processing.
Once we have completed your exchange or refund, we will email you.
If you choose to pay for your own shipping, we can’t stress enough how important it is that you get your box insured. If a package is not sent with our label, then we cannot be held liable for it if it is lost or damaged in transit.
