Bangalla Dropshipping Service
Bangalla is North America’s largest drop shipper for organic and natural food products. Bangalla has over 700 brands and 125 product types.
Bangalla offers advanced options to move product unlike dropshippers that only provide product information. We aim to increase product sales for our clients who are Bangalla Platinum.
Bangalla provides three levels of dropship/membership services to suit the needs and requirements of online customers. There is no minimum monthly fee and we don’t charge handling fees or dropship fees. All levels have access to product data and images.
All products purchased under the US Dropship Program will be shipped within 4 to 6 business days from one of Bangalla’s US distribution centres. (Subject to stock availability). All orders come with tracking numbers.

Q: Do I need an EIN number? Wholesale suppliers require all businesses to have an EIN number. To purchase merchandise to be resold, businesses can use resale certificate. A resale certificate can be used to purchase merchandise that has been consumed or used by the buyer. Sales and use taxes will apply. All taxes must be reported to the relevant jurisdiction. You will need your Federal EIN to apply for a certificate resale. This can be obtained from your state’s tax department. A resale certificate is required to purchase products from Bangalla.
Q: How do I obtain wholesale pricing?
All prices are wholesale. Upgrade your account to receive Gold pricing. All items will be discounted 5%
Q: How do I obtain product data?
Drop ship customers get excel and CSV files which allow them to upload products to their website. This file contains key product data, images names, and other data. These reports are available from your Account Page’s Data Downloads section. Dropshipping can only be done for Dropship Master products. All other items can be purchased wholesale.
Q. How do I know what’s out of Stock?
A daily stock report is also available in the Data Downloads section. This will allow you to keep your website current. To speed up the process, Able Bits can be downloaded from the internet.
Q: How long will it take to ship an order?
The order will be shipped in 3 to 6 business days from the time it is placed. We ship M-F between 10am and 5pm PST. Depending on the location of your order, delivery may take up to 5 business days. When an order is placed, shipping and payment are charged.
Q: What is the minimum order requirement?

Bangalla Shipping and Returns
Bangalla offers service to the USA through our numerous US warehouses. We are able to ship products quickly and can deliver to multiple locations.
Bangalla shipping rates are based upon FedEx/USPS rates. They are based based on weight, destination and requested shipment speed. Higher rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO destinations. Notice that FedEx/UPS raised their 2018 rates in January. Bangalla’s rates reflect the change.
Prices can vary depending on whether wholesale or dropship orders are made. Dropship orders are those which are sent to residential addresses or consumers.
Additional fees may be charged if an address change is required after the item has been delivered by a carrier (20 per refer). The customer must verify all shipping details.
We must be notified within 2 weeks of your order if there are any issues with the order. After that time, we will not be able resolve any discrepancies.
Shipping Policy for Stock Changes
Bangalla does not accept orders that have been out of stock. This is to reduce inventory and expire products. If the item is out of stock, we will cancel your order. Your order will be cancelled if it is not in stock. You must replace your order immediately after the item becomes available. All in stock items will be shipped to orders that include multiple items. Notification will be sent and any out-of-stock items will be cancelled. Bangalla will credit your Bangalla account with the payment if the item is out of stock.
Returns policy
Perishable goods. Other items and perishable foods are not eligible for exchange or return unless they have been damaged, incorrectly shipped, or are out of date. This policy is in compliance with US food handling regulations.
Shipping
Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to restrictions.
When you place an order, we will calculate shipping costs and delivery times. This depends on the availability and shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates will be shown on the shipping quotations pages.

Skus that start with ECW cannot ship internationally. The processing time is now between 5-9 days.
International orders must be pre-paid 10% before they are shipped. Any difference in duties, if applicable, will be credited back.
Please note that many of our items are dimension- and weight-based. The item’s weight can be found on the detail page. We use the following shipping companies to round off all weights.
